INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND USE

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION: We collect both personal and non-personal information about our users which we utilize to improve the usefulness of the content and services we offer to you. INVITATIONS TO FRIENDS: You have the ability to invite friends to use this site. When you invite a friend to join our site, we will send that person an automatically generated email invitation, but we will not use your friend's information for any other purpose.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING CHILDREN: This website is a general audience site and is not designed for or intended to be used by children under the age of 13. We do not collect personal information from any person we know is actually 13 or under.

The sites displayed as search results or linked to by our services are developed by people over whom CareSeek exercises no control. These other sites may place their own cookies on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information.CO-BRANDED SERVICE PARTNERS

From time-to-time, we may partner with other service/application providers to develop a co-branded offering. These co-branded service/applications are offered to our registered users through various CareSeek communication campaigns. If you accept the co-branded offer, we will share with our co-brand service partner your demographic information to assist our co-brand service partner in tailoring its advertising content based on your preferences. We only share the demographic information belonging to registered users who accept the co-brand offer. By accepting the co-brand offer, you grant CareSeek permission to share demographic information with that co-brand partner. We will not share information belonging to users who do not accept co-brand offer.

CARESEEK PARTNERS-IN-CARE: In order to leverage content on the CareSeek site, we aspire to partner with other health-focused portals to develop “Partners-in-Care” partnerships. These partner sites share the content collected from our CareSeek members in the form of ratings, reviews and comments, as well as the underlying provider databases. Your demographic information is protected in the same way on our Partners-in-Care partners’ sites as it is on the CareSeek sites.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
Please note that this privacy policy may change from time to time at the sole discretion of CareSeek. When we modify the privacy policy, we will post the changes in a revised policy and each new version will be noted at the top of the page.
